On Site Visit
In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Personnel Profiles is required to
conduct an onsite visit of your location in order to provide access to credit reports.
Personnel Profiles charges a one-time fee of $150 to cover the cost of the site visit. Please note that it may
take several days to arrange for an onsite visit to your location. Access to credit reports will not be approved
until an onsite visit is completed and approved.
To get started using credit reports, download the application. Once you have filled
out the application and returned it to us, we can start the process to allow your company access to credit reports.
Signature Authorization
You must provide a signed authorization from your applicant giving express authorization to access their credit report.
This signature must be sent to Personnel Profiles before a credit report can be released to your company.
Permissible Purposes
The Fair Credit Reporting Act and the major credit bureaus require companies to have a reasonable purpose for
