Operations Information
Personnel Profiles uses specially-designed employment screening software to manage the employment screening process
and client accounts. Our highly automated software system manages all aspects of the pre-employment screening process,
from the initial order through delivery of completed reports back to the client.
Technology Infrastructure
Personnel Profiles technology infrastructure resides on a fully redundant, firewall and anti-virus protected, Windows
2003 server network located at the company headquarters. All servers are protected by RAID systems and backed-up nightly.
System backups are stored off-site for additional protection from fire and theft.
Web-based Ordering System
Web-based orders are processed via a web server located at Personnel Profiles. The web server is a fully redundant,
firewall protected system that uses digital security and 128-bit encryption. This system has been approved by Trans
Union Corporation for the delivery of social security and credit report information via the internet.
Fax-based Ordering System
In addition to web-based ordering, Personnel Profiles offers order submission by fax for clients who do not have
internet access. The fax server is hosted on a secure Windows 2000-based system and uses phone lines to both transmit and
receive faxes.
